Kerry Clean is based in Richmond, North Yorkshire and provides a cleaning service for the local community covering an area from Thirsk to Hawes.

Carpet cleaning

Kerry has been brought up on carpet cleaning, her family having a large carpet cleaning manufacturing business for over 40 years. This means Kerry is an expert in using the best equipment for the job and tailoring it to meet your individual needs.

Domestic cleaning

Kerry likes to keep on top of all cleaning needs on a routine basis to ensure your home is kept clean from top to bottom. This includes inside windows, skirtings, hobs, kitchen and bathrooms etc. Kerry is happy to work to a list or make her own routine to ensure everything is done on a regular basis.

Deep cleans

One off cleans can be undertaken to help you get back on track or when you are moving house. This includes cleaning from top to bottom, inside windows, walls where appropriate, doors, cupboards, skirtings, light fittings etc. Kerry uses all her own equipment and products but will discuss whether you have any particular preferences.

Carpet cleaning

Kerry uses the Hot Water Extraction method of cleaning for the most effective clean. (People often refer to this as steam cleaning but no steam is actually involved). A very deep clean will deal with general dirt, soiling and bacteria including special attention for high traffic areas such as walkways and entrances. Any spot staining will be dealt with such as from food and drink, pets etc.

This method is preferred by Kerry Clean as it gives the deepest clean possible and the best results particularly on heavily soiled carpets/upholstery.

Special brighteners are added to ensure your carpet looks its best colour and is bright and fresh.

A choice of deodoriser is provided, from a lovely lemon fragrance to morello cherry or fresh cotton. A lovely fragrance will stay with you long after your carpet has been cleaned.

Upholstery cleaning

Your upholstery will be given a deep clean to transform it from dirty and stained to clean, bright and looking it’s very best. All areas are cleaned thoroughly with attention to detail, including the back, sides, skirt panel, undersides and cushions.

Domestic cleaning

Kerry loves standing back in any room and seeing the lovely sparkling clean finished result.

Pricing – No vat to pay

Some companies quote a price and then add on for things like pre treatments and deodorising or cleaning little extras like your door mat. Others charge extra for stain treatment. Kerry Clean includes everything in the price stated. This includes:

• Pre treatment to give the deepest clean possible by drawing out dirt and bacteria.
• Spot stain treatment for stubborn stains such as pet urine and food/drink, make up etc.
• Deodorising for sanitizing and freshness.

Carpets
Spot cleaning of small stains included. Additional stain treatment of difficult/larger stains may include a surcharge as required for the particular job.

Any room thereafter = £15
